MARKIN's Commitment to the Environment

Markin is dedicated to preserving the environment for future generations. As proof of our commitment, we have been registered to ISO 14001 since 2002. Using the processes defined in our Environmental Management System, we have reduced our VOC emissions from the plant, reduced the use of hazardous chemicals used in the manufacturing process and consequently reduced the amount of hazardous waste generated from our operations. Environmental management programs are currently underway to make further improvements.

• Markin will strive to comply with all applicable environmental requirements as mandated by federal, state and local law, and any other requirements to which the organization subscribes that apply to Markin's environmental aspects.
• Markin is committed to developing and implementing processes and practices that minimize pollution and conserve natural resources.
• Markin developed, implemented and maintains an ISO 14001 - conformant Environmental Management System that identifies, monitors and controls the environmental impacts of our operations.

We annually review and revise our environmental objectives to achieve continual environmental improvement.
